No. Art is a tool for expression—process over perfection.

How long will therapy take?

It varies. Many clients notice shifts within 6–8 sessions; deeper work can continue longer.

I’m not sure how I identify yet. Is that okay?

Absolutely. You’re welcome exactly as you are, and exploration is supported.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes—HIPAA-compliant telehealth for clients anywhere in North Carolina.

Session fee: $180 (sliding scale available upon request)

Insurance: Aetna, BCBS, Optum, and Medcost (billing offered)
